PyPlayer v2 with RADAR support - a Player client for Python/RADAR interpreter.

Note that this client was written for an experimental version of Player that used a new message structure. The message structure has now been merged into Player 2, but unfortunately that version of Player also implements significant other changes that mean this client will not work until it is upgraded to use XDR (which would actually be really nice). This is potentially quite time consuming and I don't have the time to do this at the moment. So currently this client will not work unless you want to upgrade it to work with Player 2 or change the message structure to work with Player 1.6.5.
